Delete your account

Use the in-app control when possible. If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address on the account.

Delete in the app

  1. Open PurrPlay and sign in.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Under Account, choose Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the destructive action.

This initiates deletion of account-owned application data, including cat profiles, reaction logs, favourites, uploaded profile photos, legacy push tokens, and the authentication identity. Local Meow Log recordings and their index are also cleared from that device.

If you cannot access the app

Email an account-deletion request from the address used for your PurrPlay account. We may ask you to verify control of that address before deletion. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or full store receipt.

What may remain

Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records under their own legal obligations. Deleting your PurrPlay account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately in the store account that made the purchase.
